💬 “Will my dog actually wear this?”

That depends on your dog’s vibe. Some pups love the spotlight, while others may need a little encouragement (read: treats). Our items are designed to be comfy, lightweight, and totally wearable, so even the most skeptical floofs usually come around – especially once they realize they’re getting extra attention.

📏 “How do I know what size to get?”

Easy! Check out our Size Guide on each product page. We recommend measuring your pup’s neck, chest, and length, then comparing it to our chart. If your dog is between sizes, go with the larger one – better a little roomy than a little snug!

🚚 “How long does shipping take?”

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while express options can get your dog’s new look in as little as 1 day. Full shipping details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

🔄 “Can I return or exchange an item?”

Absolutely! We offer easy returns within 30 days – as long as the item is clean, unchewed, and still fabulous. If you need a different size, we’ll help you swap it for the right one. More details are on our Returns Policy.

💧 “Can my dog wear this in the rain?”

Depends on the item! Our puffer jackets and hoodies can handle some drizzle, but if your pup is planning a full-on puddle dive, we recommend one of our waterproof coats instead.

🧼 “How do I wash my dog’s outfit?”

Most items are machine washable on a gentle cycle. (Because let’s be honest: dogs will find a way to get them dirty.) Just check the care instructions on the tag or the product page to be sure!

🎉 “Do you ever have sales?”

Yes! Sign up for our email list to get first dibs on sales, discounts, and limited-edition releases. Plus, your dog deserves VIP treatment.

🐶 “Will this make my dog cuter?”

Scientifically proven: YES. (Okay, we may have made that up, but seriously – have you seen a dog in a bowtie?)
