At Barksmiths, we know that waiting for your dog’s new fashion statement is torture (for you and them). That’s why we ship your orders as fast as humanly possible, because no pup should be left without their cowboy hat for longer than necessary.

How Fast Are We Talking?

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (for those who can practice patience… unlike most dogs).
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (because your pup has places to be and people to impress).
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (for emergency dog fashion situations).

We currently ship to most places where dogs exist, but if you’re in a faraway land and unsure, just reach out!

Shipping Costs?

• Orders over $50 ship FREE! Because dogs love free stuff, and so do humans.
• Orders under $50 have a small shipping fee, depending on how quickly you want your pup’s new look.

Returns? No Ruff Feelings!

We get it: sometimes the bowtie just isn’t them. No problem.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

• Unworn (quick try-ons for a photo? Totally fine.)
• Unchewed (yes, we know, but please try).
• Still fabulous (no mud, slobber, or mysterious stains).

If your item doesn’t fit, doesn’t match your pup’s aesthetic, or they just gave you that look when you put it on, you can return it hassle-free. Just email us at woof@barksmiths.com, and we’ll get you sorted!

Important Note: Custom items (like personalized name tags or embroidered jackets) are non-returnable, so make sure you spell your pup’s name right! (Looking at you, ‘Mr. Borkington III.’)
